Enjoy FREE 2-Day shipping on all online purchases, excluding certain items like barware, dinnerware, and home decor. Next Day shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that a customer signature is required for all deliveries.

While we strive to keep our items in stock, availability may vary due to in-store sales. If we can't fulfill your order or if your item is on backorder, we'll notify you within 48 hours.

Shipping Addresses:

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, and Hawaii. International and U.S. territories shipping is not available.

For U.S. orders, the shipping and billing address must be within the United States, with the issuing bank based in the U.S. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Processing Time:

Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Saturday ship the same day, while Sunday orders ship on Monday.

Returns:

Send online merchandise returns within 30 days of receipt to our address in Rochester, NY.

Please ensure your package is properly secured, sealed, and insured for its full value. Request a signature upon receipt and a return confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for insuring packages against loss.

Return Policy:

Refunds must be made within 30 days of delivery. Customized, personalized, or worn items cannot be returned. Special orders are non-returnable. 
Refunds are issued to the original purchaser, minus shipping costs.
