- Mann's Jewelers offers FREE standard shipping on all merchandise from our website. Next Day shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on shipping costs, and the cost to insure the item being shipped.
- Please note: a customer signature is required on all deliveries.
- Please note that our items are not guaranteed in stock due to sell-through in store. If we are unable to complete your order, or if your item is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours.
- Mann's Jewelers ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations and U.S. territories is unavailable at this time.
- For U.S. orders and shipping with mannsjewelers.com, you must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
- At this time, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
- Please allow 1-2 days processing time for all orders.

MANN'S JEWELERS RETURN POLICY
All refunds must be made within 30 (thirty) days of delivery to the customer. Custom made, personalized, sized, altered, used, and/or worn merchandise is not returnable. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record in the exact same method of original payment. Website purchases will be refunded in full minus any incurred shipping costs.
