SHIPPING

  • Mann's Jewelers offers FREE 2 Day shipping on all merchandise purchased from our website excluding barware, dinnerware, flatware, frames, serveware, table accessories, and home decor (please note this does not apply to purchases made in store). Next Day shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on shipping costs, and the cost to insure the item being shipped.

  • Please note: a customer signature is required on all deliveries.

  • Please note that our items are not guaranteed in stock due to sell-through in store. If we are unable to complete your order, or if your item is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

  • Mann's Jewelers ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations and U.S. territories is unavailable at this time.
  • For U.S. orders and shipping with mannsjewelers.com, you must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
  • At this time, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

 

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Saturday ship same day. Orders placed on Sunday ship on Monday.

 

RETURNS

  • Send returns of online merchandise within 30 days of receipt to:

  • Please box all merchandise, packaging and purchase receipt.
  • Make sure your package is: 
    • Properly secured and sealed
    • Insured through the carrier for the full retail
  • Request a signature required upon receipt of package.
  • Request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to Mann's Jewelers.
  • Shipping is non-refundable
  • Mann's Jewelers is not responsible for any lost packages, therefore you should insure the package through the carrier for the full retail (including tax)


    MANN'S JEWELERS RETURN POLICY

    All refunds must be made within 30 (thirty) days of delivery to the customer. Custom made, personalized, sized, altered, used, and/or worn merchandise is not returnable. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record in the exact same method of original payment. Website purchases will be refunded in full minus any incurred shipping costs.
