Shipping

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on shipping costs, handling costs, and the cost to insure the item being shipped.

  • You will be contacted via e-mail with a UPS tracking number when your order is shipped.

  • Please note: a customer signature is required on all deliveries.

  • Please note that our items are not guaranteed in stock due to sell-through in store. If we are unable to complete your order, or if your item is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours.

Shipping Addresses
We cannot ship outside of the 50 United States or to Post Office Boxes, and we do not accept international credit cards at this time.

Mann's Jewelers Return Policy
All refunds must be made within 10 (ten) days of delivery to customer. Custom made, personalized, sized, altered, used, and/or worn merchandise is not returnable. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record in the exact method of original payment. Cash payment is refunded by company check.

Online purchases will be refunded in full minus shipping costs.
